We are a BC non-profit society incorporated in 2020, led by our Executive Director and Volunteer Board. Our dedicated group of volunteers assist with food collection, sorting, hampers and more. We do everything we can to keep our operating costs low so that we can continue to serve the needs of our community and provide food hampers to those facing food insecurity. We rely entirely on the generosity of our donors, granters, and community partners to keep our operation going – and we are very grateful for their support. If you or your organization would like to learn more about us and help support us, there are several ways you can do so.

Are you a food retailer or manufacturer facing food surplus issues and interested in partnering with us? We are especially interested in talking to local food retailers, large and small, as the need is great and there are many in our community facing food insecurity issues. We would be very happy to walk you through how our process works and answer any questions or address any concerns you might have.

Please contact our Executive Director at tppfrs@gmail.com

In these unsettled times, the need is greater than ever as more and more people in our community are experiencing food insecurity. Your donation will help ensure that we can continue to provide our hamper families and individuals with access to nutritious recovered food. While our organization’s operating expenses are kept to a minimum, we rely on the generosity of our grantors and donors to keep The People’s Pantry up and running. If you have questions, please contact us at tppfrs@gmail.com.
Thank you!

“Working at The People’s Pantry has been a very rewarding experience. To be able to help people in times of need with the necessities and help the planet at the same time is very fulfilling.” – PE
